NetAtlas Terms of Use

Agreement

By using NetAtlas, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement controls.

Authorized use

Use NetAtlas only on networks, systems, and devices that you own or have explicit permission to test. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, policies, and contractual restrictions.

Diagnostic results

Network conditions, filtering, device privacy features, and iOS platform limits can affect results. Device identities, IP geolocation, port states, route paths, and availability may be incomplete or inaccurate. NetAtlas results are informational and are not a guarantee of security or service availability.

NetAtlas Plus

Monthly and annual subscriptions unlock the advertised Plus features for the active subscription period and renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. The annual plan may include a trial for eligible customers. Plus Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks the current Plus feature set; separately marketed future tiers are not included.

Billing and cancellation

Apple processes all purchases, renewals, cancellations, restores, and refund requests. Prices and eligibility shown by the App Store are authoritative. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting NetAtlas does not cancel an active subscription.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use NetAtlas to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, evade security controls, violate privacy, or perform unlawful surveillance.

Availability and liability

NetAtlas is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use of or reliance on diagnostic results. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and contact
